Argentina's Edesa plans $65 million offering of notes

Atlanta, Nov. 7 - Argentina's Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Salta SA (Edesa) is planning a $65 million offering of notes, a market source said.
No other details were immediately available on Monday.
Edesa is a power company based in the Salta Province of Argentina.
