Colombia's ETB plans up to $300 million dollar or Colombian peso notes

Atlanta, Jan. 4 - Colombia's Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogota (ETB) is planning a dollar- or Colombian peso-denominated issue of senior notes worth up to $300 million (Ba1//), a market source said.

The company is expected to market the deal during a roadshow.

ETB is a Bogota, Colombia-based telecommunications company.
