New Issue: Colombia's ETB prices COP 530.18 billion 7% notes due 2023 at par

Atlanta, Jan. 10 - Colombia's Empresa de Telecom de Bogota (ETB) priced a 530.18 billion Colombian peso notes due Jan. 17, 2023 (Ba1//BBB-) with a 7% coupon at par, a market source said.

The notes were talked at a yield in the low- to mid-7% area.

Deutsche Bank Securities and Goldman Sachs were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S.

ETB is a Bogota, Colombia-based telecommunications company.
