Moody's: Embratel view positive

Moody's Investors Service said it confirmed Empresa Brasileira de Telecomunicacoes SA (Embratel)'s Baa2/Aaa.br ratings.

The outlook is positive.

Moody's said the confirmation and positive outlook reflect its expectations that Embratel will continue to improve its operating metrics during the next 12-18 months, aided by the integration with cable TV operator Net Servicos.
