Emporia names Winter, David and Barger as executive vice presidents in leveraged loan business

New York, June 20 - Emporia Capital Management has hired Wade T. Winter, Jonathan S. David and Richard J. Barger as executive vice presidents in its leveraged loan asset management business, according to a company news release.

Their responsibilities will include spearheading the expansion of Emporia's product offering in the leveraged loan market, with an emphasis on larger and more liquid loans.

Previously, Winter, David and Barger were senior vice presidents for the syndicated loans business of Jefferies Capital Management.

The three new hires will report to Kevin Braddish, managing director and chief investment officer.
