By Paul A. Harris and Aleesia Forni

Virginia Beach, Va., June 3 - Emerald Exposition Holdings (Emerald Expo) plans to sell $200 million eight-year senior notes following an investor call on Monday, according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank are the dealers for the Rule 144A for life transaction.

The notes will be non-callable for three years.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the acquisition of Nielsen Expositions by Onex Corp. from Nielsen Holdings NV.

Emerald Expo is a San Juan Capistrano, Calif.-based operator of large, business-to-business tradeshows.
