Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 23 - Emerald Bay Energy Inc. said it plans a C$1 million non-brokered private placement of units.
The company will sell 12.5 million units at C$0.08 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with each one-year warrant exercisable at C$0.15.
Proceeds will be used for drilling new wells, completion and tie-ins of recently drilled wells and for seismic activities.
Emerald Bay, based out of Calgary, Alta., is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
