Moody's: Several Brazil companies to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it revised to negative from stable the outlook for several companies operating in Brazil.

All of the ratings on the companies were affirmed.

The outlook change follows the change of outlook on Brazil's issuer rating to negative from stable.

The companies with now negative outlooks include Braskem SA, Braskem Finance Ltd. and Braskem America Finance Co., along with Cielo SA and Cielo USA Inc.

Embraer SA has a revised outlook of negative, along with Embraer Overseas Ltd. and Embraer Netherlands Finance BV.

Fibria Overseas Finance Ltd. has a revised outlook of negative, along with Fibria Celulose SA.

Moody's also revised the outlook of Suzano Trading Ltd. to negative, along with Suzano Papel e Celulose SA.

Globo Comunicacao e Participacoes SA's outlook is now negative.

The agency also revised to negative the outlook on Ultrapar Participacoes SA, Ultrapar International SA and Ipiranga Produtos de Petroleo SA.
