El Salvador plans to issue $286.5 million 30-year bonds

New York, Sept. 13 - The Republic of El Salvador plans to issue $286.5 million 30-year bonds (Baa3/BB+), according to a market source.

The bonds will carry a 15-year put option.

Citigroup is running the Rule 144A/Regulation S bond offering.

The proposed notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
