eLong investor buys 226,116 more shares, lifts ownership to 26.9%

Charlotte, N.C., April 30 - Oak Pacific Interactive upped its stake in eLong, Inc. to 26.9% from 25.9% with the purchase of 226,116 shares between March 26 and April 28 priced from $3.02 to $3.66 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor beneficially owns 6,004,508 shares of the Beijing-based online travel services company.

Between March 3 and March 21, Oak Pacific bought 495,190 shares of eLong at prices from $2.28 to $3.31 each, a prior SEC filing said.
