Elm requests to extend RMB 491 million of notes by six months

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 23 – Elm BV requested to extend its RMB 491 million of fixed-rate leveraged notes due 2020 by six months, according to a notice filed with the London Stock Exchange.

Specifically, the issuer requested to extend the notes to July 2, 2020 from Jan. 2, 2020.

Based in Amsterdam, Elm is a special purpose entity formed to issue debt securities to repay credit facilities, refinance debt and for acquisition purposes for Swiss Reinsurance Co. Ltd.
