Elizabeth Arden plans $225 million offering of 10-year notes

New York, Jan. 6 - Elizabeth Arden Inc. announced that it intends to issue $225 million of senior notes due 2021, the proceeds of which are earmarked for the tender offer covering any and all of its $220 million of 7¾% senior subordinated notes due 2014.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch are the dealer managers and solicitation agents in the tender, which has an early deadline of 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 20.

No further details on the Rule 144A deal were available at press time.

The Miramar, Fla.-based beauty products company also has global headquarters in New York and Geneva, Switzerland.
