Brazil's Eletrobras mandates DKW for $300 million 10-year bond offering

St. Louis, Aug. 2 - Eletrobras, Brazil's main power generation and transmission company, has mandated Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein to run the books for a $300 million offering of 10-year bonds.

Timing remains to be determined.

The company has headquarters in Rio de Janeiro.
