Brazil's Eletrobras to price $300 million notes during Nov. 14 week

St. Louis, Nov. 7 - Brazil's Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras SA (Eletrobras) plans to price a $300 million offering of notes during the Nov. 14 week, according to a market source.

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein has the books for the notes, which are expected to mature in seven to 10 years.

Standard & Poor's assigns a rating of BB- to the notes.

Electrobras is a publicly traded government holding company for Brazil's electric companies and has headquarters in Rio de Janeiro.
