Israel's Elbit Imaging board OKs NIS 50 million notes buyback program

New York, Oct. 15 - Elbit Imaging Ltd. announced that its board authorized the repurchase of up to NIS 50 million of its series A through F notes.

Repurchases will be made from time to time in the open market, and the timing and amounts of any notes repurchased will be determined by the company's management.

The company added that the repurchase program may be suspended or discontinued at any time.

The Tel Aviv, Israel-based firm primarily deals in the development of commercial centers, hotel ownership and property management in central and eastern Europe.
