UBS changes Cusips for five upcoming offerings of airbag notes

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 14 - UBS AG, London Branch changed the Cusip numbers for five offerings of airbag yield optimization notes due June 22, 2012 that are expected to price Friday, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Cusip numbers are as follows:

• 90267U631 for the 8.5% to 11% annualized notes linked to the common stock of AGCO Corp.;

• 90267U649 for the 8.5% to 11% annualized notes linked to the common stock of Elan Corp., plc;

• 90267U656 for the 7.3% to 9.8% annualized notes linked to the common stock of Electronic Arts Inc.;

• 90267U664 for 7% to 9.3% annualized notes linked to the common stock of Prudential Financial, Inc.; and

• 90267U672 for the 8.3% to 10.8% annualized notes linked to the common stock of Weatherford International Ltd.

In each case, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final share price is less than the conversion price, in which case the payout will be a number of underlying shares equal to $1,000 divided by the conversion price.

The conversion price is 80% of the initial share price for the notes linked to AGCO and Electronics Arts, 75% of the initial share price for the notes linked to Elan and Prudential and 70% of the initial share price for the notes linked to Weatherford.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.

The notes are expected to settle Dec. 21.
