Moody's: No change for Elan

Moody's Investors Service said news that Elan Corp., plc is exploring the separation of its Elan Delivery Technologies business does not currently affect Elan's rating or outlook until there is more clarity regarding the terms of any transaction.

Elan currently has a B2 corporate family rating and positive outlook.
