Chicago, Feb. 8 - Eksportfinans ASA priced $13.2 million of 0% equity index-linked notes due April 16, 2012 based on the Topix index via Goldman Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The issuer priced the notes at 99.9 for proceeds of $13.18 million.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.
