New Issue: Eksportfinans prices $10 million leveraged notes linked to Libor

Des Moines, Nov. 30 - Eksportfinans ASA priced $10 million of leveraged floating-rate notes due March 20, 2008 via Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes do not bear interest.

At maturity, investors will receive par plus 10 times the amount by which the Libor exceeds 4.75% on the date five days before maturity, capped at a payout equal to 103% of par.
