Egypt sets talk for five-, 10-, 30-year benchmark dollar notes

Atlanta, Jan. 24 – Egypt set initial price talk for a three-tranche offering of benchmark-sized and dollar-denominated notes due in five, 10 and 30 years (expected ratings: B3//B), a market source said.
The five-year notes were talked at 6 3/8% to 6 5/8%. The 10-year notes were talked at 7 5/8% to 7 7/8%. And the 30-year notes were talked at 8 5/8% to 8 7/8%.
BNP Paribas, JPMorgan and Natixis Securities are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
