Moody's: Eesti Energia view negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on the Baa1/Prime-2 issuer rating of Eesti Energia AS to negative from stable.

Concurrently, Moody's has changed on the Baa1 senior unsecured debt rating of Eesti Energia the outlook to negative.

Moody's said the action reflects the expected deterioration in Eesti Energia's credit profile due to wide-ranging market pressures on its electricity generation and supply activities coupled with the group's evolving business risk profile.
