India's Educomp Solutions hopes to issue non-convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 15 - Educomp Solutions Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue non-convertible debentures at a board of directors meeting on Oct. 13.

New Delhi-based Educomp develops computer-based teaching solutions.
