EDP to price €600 million of seven-year green bearer notes at 98.635

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 11 – Energias de Portugal SA subsidiary EDP Finance BV plans to sell €600 million of seven-year green senior Regulation S bearer notes at 98.635, according to a market announcement.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., BBVA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Commerzbank Capital Markets Corp., ICBC, ING, Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and SG Americas Securities LLC are the stabilization managers.

Energias de Portugal is an electricity operator based in Lisbon, Portugal.
