Moody's: Editis under uncertain review

Moody's Investors Service said it put Editis Holding SA's Ba3 corporate family rating under review with direction uncertain after its parent Wendel Investissement's agreed to sell the publisher to Grupo Planeta SA (unrated) for €1.026 billion.

Moody's said the uncertain direction is due to limited information about the deal's impact on Editis' financial profile.
