Edison Mission calls $11.2 million of Homer City project bonds

Milwaukee, Sept. 16 - Edison Mission Holdings gave notice that it will redeem $11.2 million of its Homer City project senior secured bonds on Oct. 1.

Edison Mission will call $9 million of the $228 million of outstanding 8.137% bonds due 2019 and $2.2 million of the $507.93 million of outstanding 8.734% bonds due 2026.

The redemption price is par, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee or agent.

Edison Mission Holdings is an Irvine, Calif., owner and operator of coal-fired electricity generating power plants.
