Moody's reviews Edison Funding

Moody's Investors Service said it places the senior unsecured notes of Edison Funding Co. under review for downgrade.

The review reflects the increased probability that the company may breach a financial covenant of a minimum net worth test in its financing documents within the next several months based on the disclosure by parent Edison International, the agency said.
