By Reshmi Basu

New York, Nov. 28 - The Republic of Ecuador plans to start a roadshow Wednesday for a 10-year dollar-denominated bullet bond offering (Caa1/CCC+/B- (expected)), according to a market source.

The European leg of the roadshow is scheduled to kick off in Munich and Frankfurt on Wednesday and in London on Thursday. The U.S. leg will start in Boston on Friday, followed by New York on Dec. 5 and the West Coast on Dec. 6.

Minister of finance Magdalena Barreiro and vice minister of finance Fausto Ortiz will be presenting at the roadshow.

JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank are managing the sale of Rule 144A/Regulation S bonds.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.
