S&P affirms Ecopetrol

S&P said it affirmed its BBB- long-term corporate credit rating on Ecopetrol SA. The outlook remains stable.

At the same time, S&P affirmed its BBB- rating on its senior unsecured debt. The company's SACP remains unchanged at bb+.

“The affirmation reflects Ecopetrol's solid financial performance despite slightly lower production in 2017,” S&P said in a news release.
