Eco-Bat Technology €185 million notes talked at 10%-10¼%, pricing late-week

St. Louis, Jan. 22 - Price talk of 10%-10¼% emerged Wednesday on Eco-Bat Technology Ltd.'s upcoming sale of €185 million senior guaranteed notes due 2013 (B1), according to a syndicate source.

The deal will price late in the week of Jan. 22, the source added.

Credit Suisse First Boston and Salomon Smith Barney are joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of two recycling plants.

The issuer is a battery recycler based in the U.K.
