India’s ECL Finance to consider bonds, debentures at Jan. 19 meeting

Chicago, Jan. 15 – ECL Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Jan. 19 to consider the issuance of bonds or non-convertible debentures.

ECL Finance is a Mumbai, India-based provider of wholesale and retail financing and treasury and investment options.
