Echo Therapeutics aims to price a public offering of its common stock

Company plans to sell its shares through sole bookrunner Aegis Capital

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 27 - Echo Therapeutics, Inc. said it will price a public offering of stock.

The offering will be conducted by sole bookrunner Aegis Capital Corp.

Franklin, Mass.-based Echo Therapeutics is a dual platform-enabled specialty therapeutics and diagnostics company.
