Alcatel-Lucent bought back €327 million 2.875% series A convertibles

New York, Aug. 6 - Alcatel-Lucent repaid a total of €327 million of its 2.875% series A convertible bonds via a $75 million repurchase in the first quarter and a subsequent put in June of $360 million of the bonds, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company added that its €818 million of 4.75% Oceanes will come due in January.

Paris-based Alcatel-Lucent provides services to deliver voice, data and video communication services to end-users.
