Eaton Vance Investment Grade Income Fund ups annual operating expenses

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Dec. 1 - Eaton Vance announced it has decreased the expense reimbursement paid on behalf of class A and class I shares of the Eaton Vance Investment Grade Income Fund, thus increasing the annual fund operating expenses for those share classes, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Eaton Vance, the fund's administrator, will now reimburse the fund's expenses by 0.31% for both class A and class I shares. Taking into account this expense reimbursement, the total annual fund operating expenses will now be 0.95% for class A shares and 0.7% for class I shares.

The expense reimbursement will continue through April 30. Changes to the agreement require approval of the board of trustees of the fund.

The investment adviser to the fund is Boston-based Boston Management and Research.
