Albuquerque Bernalillo, N.M., defeases 2005 water, sewer system bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 28 – The Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority, N.M., plans to redeem $90.18 million of its series 2005 joint water and sewer system revenue bonds, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1:
• $9,115,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2016;
• $11.08 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2017;
• $8.41 million of 4.15% bonds due July 1, 2018;
• $8.53 million of 4.876% bonds due July 1, 2019;
• $8.68 million of 4.25% bonds due July 1, 2020;
• $8,655,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2021;
• $8,875,000 of 4.375% bonds due July 1, 2022;
• $8,915,000 of 4.4% bonds due July 1, 2023;
• $8,945,000 of 4.4% bonds due July 1, 2024; and
• $8,975,000 of 4.5% bonds due July 1, 2025.
The chief financial officer of the authority is the paying agent and registrar.
