Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water, N.M., preps $122.31 million deal

New York, Sept. 16 - The Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority of New Mexico plans to price $122.31 million of series 2013 joint water and sewer improvement revenue and refunding bonds during the week of Sept. 16, according to a sales calendar.

The deal includes $64.68 million of series 2013A revenue bonds and $57.63 million of series 2013B refunding bonds.

The bonds (Aa2//AA) will be sold through lead manager J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used to rehabilitate the authority's wastewater treatment plant and refund its series 2004 debt obligations for a present value savings.
