Moody's rates Beijing Infrastructure notes A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive A2 rating to Beijing Infrastructure Investment (Hong Kong) Ltd.'s (unrated) $300 million 3.625% five-year senior unsecured notes due March 20, 2019.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's definitive rating on this debt obligation follows the company's completion of its dollar-denominated note issuance, the final terms and conditions of which are consistent with the agency's expectations.

The bond is issued by Eastern Creation Investment Holdings Ltd. and supported by a keepwell and liquidity support deed between Eastern Creation, Beijing Infrastructure HK, parent company Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co. Ltd. (A1, stable) and the bond trustee.
