Africa's PTA Bank plans roadshow for dollar-denominated notes

Atlanta, Oct. 25 - Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank (PTA Bank) will hold a roadshow from Oct. 28 to Nov. 3 for a dollar-denominated offering of notes, a market source said.

HSBC and Standard Chartered are the bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

The investor meetings will be held in Hong Kong, Singapore, Zurich, Geneva and London.

PTA Bank is a lender based in Burundi.
