Eagle Mid Cap Stock Fund adds Scott Renner as co-portfolio manager

San Diego, Oct. 18 - Eagle Series Trust added Scott Renner as a co-portfolio manager of its Eagle Mid Cap Stock Fund effective immediately, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Renner joins Todd McCallister and Stacey Serafini Thomas, who will remain in their roles as co-portfolio managers of the fund.

Renner joined Eagle in 2007, serving as senior research analyst on Eagle's small- and mid-cap team. Prior to that, he was a partner at Matador Capital Management.

Eagle Series Trust is based in St. Petersburg, Fla.
