Eagle Bulk Shipping plans roadshow in Norway Monday for bond issue

Chicago, Nov. 3 – Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. said it has mandated some investment banks to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings beginning Monday for a possible bond issue in the Norwegian bond market.

The notes would be sold by way of private placement to qualified institutional buyers or non-U.S. investors under Regulation S by its subsidiary Eagle Bulk Shipco LLC, according to a company announcement.

Eagle Bulk is a Marshall Islands corporation based in New York that owns dry bulk vessels and transports bulk cargoes.
