Dynavax Technologies will price public offering of its common shares

JPMorgan is bookrunner; Cowen is co-manager

Knoxville, Tenn., May 8 - Dynavax Technologies Corp. said it will price a public offering of common stock with a 30-day greenshoe.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the bookrunner, and Cowen and Co., LLC is the co-manager.

Dynavax, based in Berkeley, Calif., develops treatments for cancer and allergies, and it is developing a vaccine for hepatitis B.
