Dynamic Materials files common stock, preferred stock automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., April 14 - Dynamic Materials Corp. filed a common stock and preferred stock automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Boulder, Colo.-based Dynamic Materials is a provider of explosion-welded clad metal plates.
