New Issue: Dynamic Fuel Systems closes C$1.11 million placement of units

Des Moines, Aug. 17 - Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. completed a private placement of units for C$1,114,650.

The company sold 5,573,250 units of one share and one warrant at C$0.20 per unit. Each warrant will be exercisable at C$1.50 for two years.

The placement was non-brokered.

Based in Pickering, Ont., Dynamic Fuel makes a transportable hydrogen generator retrofit product that mixes hydrogen and oxygen in a vehicle's intake air to more completely burn fuel.
