Pennsylvania Economic Development defeases Albert Einstein bonds

Columbus, Ohio, July 2 – The Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority defeased $107.54 million of Albert Einstein Healthcare Network revenue bonds, series 2009A, according to a notice.

The $9,415,000 of 5.25% bonds due Oct. 15 will be paid at maturity and the $98,125,000 of bonds due Oct. 15, 2023 will be redeemed on Oct. 15, 2019 at par plus accrued interest.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
