S&P: Albemarle up to positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Albemarle Corp. to positive from stable.

At the same time, the agency said it affirmed its BBB corporate credit rating and other existing ratings on the company.

"The outlook revision reflects its expectation that the company is likely to maintain its financial policy and operating performance at a level that is consistent with a modestly higher rating," said credit analyst Liley Mehta.
