Albermarle to redeem two series of 2021, 2022 notes in March

Chicago, March 1 – Albemarle Corp. will redeem all of its €392,933,000 outstanding 1.875% senior notes due 2021 on March 30 and all of its outstanding $200 million of floating-rate notes due 2022 on March 16, according to a press release.

The fixed-rate notes due 2021 will be redeemed at the greater of par plus the sum of the remaining scheduled payments discounted to the redemption date at the Bond rate plus a fixed spread of 25 basis points plus interest.

The floating-rate notes will be redeemed at par plus unpaid interest.
