Durango starts roadshow Tuesday for $175 million seven-year notes

St. Louis, Mo., June 7 - Corporacion Durango will start roadshowing an offering of $175 million senior notes due 2009 (B3/B+) on Tuesday, according to a syndicate source.

Morgan Stanley is the bookrunner on the Rule 144A bullets. Banc of America Securities is co-manager.

Proceeds will be used to tender for its $122 million of 12 5/8% senior notes due 2003 and to repay bank debt.

The issuer is a Durango, Mexico-based integrated paper producer.
