New Issue: Albany-Dougherty County Hospital, Ga., sells $110.94 million of Phoebe Putney bonds

New York, Nov. 29 - The Albany-Dougherty County Hospital Authority of Georgia priced $110,935,000 of series 2012 revenue anticipation certificates for the Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) were sold through Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2032 with term bonds due in 2037 and 2042. The serial coupons range from 0.55% to 5%. The 2037 bonds have a 4% coupon and were not reoffered and the 2042 bonds have a 4% coupon and were not reoffered.
Proceeds will be used to finance renovations at the hospital in Albany, Ga.
