Albany-Dougherty County Hospital Authority, Ga., to sell $109.27 million certificates

New York, Nov. 21 - The Hospital Authority of Albany-Dougherty County, Ga., plans to price $109,265,000 of series 2012 revenue anticipation certificates for the Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the lead manager and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Raymond James/Morgan Keegan as the co-managers.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2032 with term bonds due in 2037 and 2042.

Proceeds will be used to finance renovations at the hospital, which is located in Albany, Ga.
