Fitch affirms, pulls Duke Energy ratings

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed and withdrew the following ratings on Duke Energy Corp.:

-Long-term issuer default rating at BBB+

-Senior unsecured debt at BBB+;

-Junior subordinated debt at BBB-;

-Preferred stock at BBB-.

Fitch said it withdrew the ratings for commercial reasons.
