Germany’s ALBA Group calls all 8% senior notes due 2018

New York, March 24 – ALBA Group plc & Co. KG will redeem all €203 million of its 8% senior notes due 2018 on May 15, according to a notice from the issuer.

Holders will receive par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

ALBA Group is a Berlin-based provider of waste management and recycling services.
